LoveYourWebsite.org is a lovely website that was created by Strawberrysoup – a web design company with offices in Chichester and Bournemouth.
We don’t want to talk too much about ourselves but we basically started this website as we found that loads of clients were coming to us increasingly disappointed by the end product and quality of service that they had received from less reputable web designers.
As you probably already know, web design is a very easy industry to start in – anyone can do it providing they have a computer and an Internet connection – and that is the problem that we are facing – with such easy market entry, people are doing a course in web design or playing around on Microsoft FrontPage and deciding that they want to start a web design business – with little or no understanding of the process, design and best coding practices.
We wanted to create something that was accessible by business owners that could help them to make informed decisions and empower themselves when looking for their perfect web designers.
We want to promote the web design companies that know what they are doing – and don’t get us wrong, there are many web design companies and freelancers out there that do a great job and do the industry proud.
